Senior Tech Initiative

I recently published a website for my nonprofit, Senior Tech Initiative. Senior Tech Initiative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to closing the digital divide by providing free technology education and assistance to seniors.

For the past year, I have been volunteering at senior centers in my community to help seniors become more familiar and proficient with utilizing technology. For instance, my most recent session was held at my city’s senior activity center. There, I was able to seniors with various issues and inquiries ranging from cell phone settings and email preferences to how to back up valuable photos and data.

Getting to work directly with seniors in my local community is an extremely rewarding experience. Especially as I get to see seniors find joy in technology as they learn how to use various applications and features.

As the founder and president of Senior Tech Initiative, I am extremely proud of the impact this organization has achieved, and grateful to have been able to make a difference in so many seniors’ lives. Please visit the website here to learn more about this organization.
